A great photo! I don't really know why, but pictures of solitary trees kind of look magical to me.

I don't really see a problem with this deviation, but I think the sky could have more, erm, 'stuff' in it? It seems a bit empty for me. If it was actually like that at the time the photo was taken, then I guess it's ok.

The smaller shrubs at the bottom of the image add a nice touch. The distance between them and the tree tells me that that is one huge tree! Is it?

I'm not very good at critiques, I'm sorry. I just wanted to say what I thought about the image. If I had your skills in photography, and I found a tree like this, I'd definitely take a shot! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
